STEM

STEM Explorations is a yearlong class which will explore the connections between Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.  Using the engineering idea of “Defining Problems and Designing Solutions” as a focus, students will participate in project-based units of study. In past years these units included robotics, bridge design, high powered air rockets, wind turbines and more.  Group collaboration and creativity will be an important part of each unit.  This is an exciting class geared towards students who like to design and build things, and enjoy science activities.  Good grades in science and math are a must. 

STEM classes are by application only and all information is given in the Spring.
